We traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

This hotel looks old outside and inside, need renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable. In the parking lot , there are several security cameras. The sign on the wall said “if theft or damage to the vehicle, the hotel is not responsible”. That makes me nervous. But luckily, my car has no damage.

The hotel is located in the city center, has its own parking lot, charges $32 per night, the room is very clean, the only drawback is that the street-facing room is very noisy, and there is the roar of cars downstairs in the middle of the night

I checked in about 11pm and I few things with there was no cart available I was told they were in use so me and my sister just started carrying our stuff up to the room get off the elevator on the 7th floor there were 2 carts sitting right there then I booked and paid extra for panoramic view but got a view of the highway and trees and my curtains wouldn’t close all the way so in the morning sun was beaming right on my face

Hotel hardware is OK, the front desk is very warm and friendly, but the business is too unskilled. First, when I checked out, I put the room service in the next room on my head. I received a credit card deduction notice immediately before I left for the airport and quickly went to the front desk. I finally returned the money. Two days after returning home, I received a bigger surprise: obviously the prepaid order, and the deposit that was automatically refunded three working days after check-out at check-in appeared in the monthly credit card bill. After more than two weeks of Ctrip coordination, the hotel has not confirmed the repeated debit. Thanks to Ctrip for returning the repeated deductions to me.
