Everything is clean and nice. Only problem would be that it’s a little bit beat around the edges but still a good clean room. There was a very nice man who took care of our bags. There is a lounge with free food and drinks which was much appreciated in the heat.

Pros: The Windward Passage Hotel USVI was a clean hotel especially the rooms, condos to the maintenance ladies and men. Cons: Hotel has no night life, nothing to entertain guest while they stay. It was just boring. Pool courtyard just boring. The plumbing is terrible, toilets slow to flush. The water is brown, we stayed five days the water started out brown but cleared up after a while for 4 nights, however the last night the water stay brown, so no showering for us, it was so brown it turned the towels brown. The shower made a loud noise that will scare you when you first hear it; it may or may not stop. Wifi goes in and out. The hotel needs work, I would not recommend staying to my friends until owners has done some major improvements. *After the first night we were going to find another hotel, but all the ones in the area was already booked. We were stuck there.

The Windward Passage Hotel has always been my favorite on St. Thomas. As a Clark College recruiter years ago, the Winward Passage was my "go-to" place to stay when visiting the island. The staff was courteous, and throughout my visits, they even remembered my name from year to year! I liked the location because I could walk to Back Street to visit the various shops, take a stroll along the waterfront, or visit any of the many places to eat up and down Veterans Drive. I love Windward Passage!

Check in on 05/25 with a young lady by the name beginning with a R don’t remember but she was very pleasant . Hotel is old but it’s in a very nice area easy access to everything. The evening shift Lizann was very familiar with everything to do on island and give me helpful tips . In the night time I meet a sweet lady always smiling Shamara who was the night agent that helped me with snacks and any other items , I wanted food she when out her way to make Ralph the security drop me to buy pizza and snacks at a local gas station which I appreciated. The staff was impeccable. I’ll be back

Had to wait for a nasty room for over 2 hrs. They only renovated the lobby. Everything else is the same as the last time was ere after Hurricane maria. Mosquito invested, , nasty desk chair, had to put a towel over it so I could sit... nasty bathroom, dingy lights. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I WILL LET MY COMPANY KNOW ON CHANGING THEIR "PREFERRED" HOTEL. 0 stars

Our go to stop when we land in St. Thomas from LA. We stay just a day or 2 before heading to St. John but it is clean and convenient and close to shopping! I recommend getting ocean view 💯
