Full disclosure: you must have a car and you won’t be able to walk to the beach but you will have peaceful beauty and privacy with indescribable views and all the space you need to spread out with your family and/or friends. There is no noise or crowds to deal with. You can get anywhere you need to be in a short period of time with access to the beach of your choice. This is the best decision we made to be up on top of the mountain top. The house was huge, clean and fully equipped with anything we needed including beach towels. The two kings size beds were the best we have slept on and we usually take four big trips per year. There was more than enough of anything we needed in the house.
