Boundless Bliss Hotel

It started off rocky to be honest. Our group arrived during check in period and it took a long time trying to find the manager. Maybe they were busy, so I get that, but it was confusing when we were trying to confirm our reservation. We were told that there were no reservations booked in our name. That ws frightening but we got lucky and the room that we wanted was available. Entering the room, at a glance it is not bad, but there were a few issues. We had old and overused kitchen utensils which was nice. A used sponge to wash our dishes. Ants crawling around the tea bags and coffee bc i love new friends. And one of our greatest blessings a faulty toilet that needed to be replaced. Also, it was absolutely lovely to have no one let us know that there would be water outage on our last day on the trip. So brushing our teeth and bathing for the night and morning was out of the question. So, overall, I got what i payed for cheap and low quality. I just wished that there was more communication about accommodations, especially for people coming to the island for the first time. I can live in situations like this ,its survivable, but i wish the head of the place was able to properly inform their residents about these issues. I understand who wants to go to a place that tells u it sucks, but if i am already there atleast let me know what is wrong so i can make changes to accommodate myself. Also allow ur residents to ask questions, yes we read what ur utilities are but sometimes we just want to make sure that we didnt miss anything. We cant know everything about ur hotel if we dont ask. My experience here taught me to show kindness no matter the situation, it is essential to present courtesy and respect even if you dont get it in return

Quiet, clean also Affordable. The only thing I dislike was getting taxis to and from the property, it’s on a hill. I didn’t feel comfortable renting a car so you only have Taxi or the Safari that stops in front. I found the Safari very helpful $2 and it gets you around the island but stop running at 7 PM. Overall, I really enjoyed St. Thomas and this hotel. Thank you for hosting my Birthday ❤️

We arrived at the posted checkin time but the front desk was vacant. No one to be found anywhere! We tried calling for 45 minutes and no one answered. The location is very isolated. We walked toward town and found a kind taxi driver who picked us up and took us to a nice hotel staffed with friendly people….what a concept.

Small hotel with great view of St Thomas Bay. Very comfortable beds. Mini kitchenette was nice. Hotel is in need of upkeep. It's a diamond in the rough. Hotel manager very helpful. Our room was only serviced once during our 10-day stay.

I hate leaving bad reviews but do not stay here. I simply asked for towels and toilet paper. 3 days go by and nothing. Office was closed. Who ever ran it kept saying she would bring them by. I finally switched hotels. If you do stay here bring toilet paper, towels, shampoo basically anything you need for a bathroom. Location is in the middle of no where.
