If you are looking for a cheap hotel to spend the night, i would say it is the cheapest one you can find in the area. Check in was done automatically by a machine in front of the entrance, so it was super fast. Unfortunately, toilet and showers were shared and rather small. The room felt small (like a little box), but it had a sink, hangers and a TV. It didn't provide any towels, soap bars or hygiene items.

j'ai passée qu'une seule nuit dans cette hôtel mais je n'y retournerai pas malheureusement car lit vraiment pas confortable du tout mal de partout le lendemain cependant les prix ne sont pas chère.

Al voor de 7de keer kozen we voor dit leuk sympathiek hotelletje. Super vriendelijke ontvangst, rustige "basic" kamers met een goede douche en een goede matras, een heerlijk ontbijt. Het voorheen prachtige Contrexéville is nu vergane glorie maar je voelt nog de rijkdom van weleer. Ook die nostalgie trekt ons aan. Een km verder tafelen we in Pasta Company, een hip Italiaans restaurant (met bowling). Ook voor onze volgende stop kiezen we weer voor Enzo!

pendant le festival du cabaret vert un location de chambre payée d avance pour être tranquille 1 semaine avant l évènement dans la nuit du jeudi au vendredi vers 2h30 du matin sur place impossible d avoir la chambre celle ci a était relouée et je vous explique même pas l habitude du personnel a ce jour toujours aucun remboursement en vu je pense que vous pouvez maintenant vous faire votre avis

À FUIR !!!! Après cette nuit du 8-9 août dernier je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet établissement. Il y'avait beaucoup de bruit, impossible de dormir, j'ai cherché à joindre la dame de l'accueil croisée plus tôt (vers 19h), seulement... elle avait totalement disparue, je me suis retrouvé avec d'autres clients à la chercher partout car le bruit empêchait tout le monde dormir. INJOIGNABLE, INTROUVABLE.... Étant habitué des hôtels, je n'ai jamais vu ça, heureusement qu'il n'y a pas eu de problème grave puisqu'il n'y avait pas de responsable... En somme, je déconseille fortement cet établissement, qui apparement, se gère tout seul ????
