Great place to stay. Only 10 mins from the beach and 10 min from the downtown area. Also fantastic restaurant right next door called SOL. Great drink specials and food.

Just needed a quick one night place to stay for a concert. Location was fine. All the amenities were fine. Checked in early and was able to get my room was ready. That’s a BIG PLUS. Room was good. I’d say pretty clean. Although did run out of body wash in the shower. Asked them to bring some and never did. But that was rectified another way.

Promised an early check and didn’t get in until an hour and a half after the normal check in time. Only one working elevator, pool closed the entire stay after check-in inadequate parking, even with a handicap tag. and their inability to want to accommodate a person with a terminal illness.

The hotel is always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to Isle of Palms beach and downtown Charleston.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend 3 nights. Two queen beds were very uncomfortable. One was very hard, The other had one hard side and one very soft side. Service is poor. Requested room to be serviced and it was ignored. When complained, were told we could come to front desk to get towels. Breakfast was OK, however, each day there seemed to be less and less to choose from. Could be because it was very full and it was a holiday weekend but it is really no excuse.

Hotel was pretty nice, good gym, but sheets smelled a little weird and worst of all the shower didn't work. I didn't find out until this morning when I was checking out. I called Front Desk and requested help. The agent said she would send maintenance out. 15 minutes later I was still waiting so I called to try and see if anyone was coming or there was another room I could shower in as I had to leave for a business meeting. She said they were on their way. I was out of time so I had to do a makeshift sponge bath in the sink. YUCK! Maintenance showed up just as I was leaving the room and checking out. EXTREMELY disappointed.

This is a quiet hotel, with a decent Mexican bar/restaurant across the parking lot. It is convenient for both those traveling into Charleston, and north toward the beaches. We very much appreciated the freezer element in the mini-frig, which we need to refresh the dry ice for our coolers overnight. Breakfast, however, was well below HIE standard, and the bed in our room was the saggiest that I can recall at any of the scores of HIE's that we have visited over the last few years. So, a great location, but a stiff back is not what either of us wants to wake up to in the morning.

A 2-night stay here was the best hotel of our vacation! The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. Also, the breakfast had great variety. Relaxing!

Recently was traveling with a large group of Senior Citizens (2 buses - 100 people). This motel accommodated us exceptionally. Everything very clean. Breakfast room was good. I will plan to stay here again, should I have a chance to return to Charleston!!
