Hilton Club Liberty Place Charleston

Classic service that you would expect from this hotel chain. Great location. No breakfast available. No cleaning without prior request.

Our 3 day stay fell, unfortunately, during the longest and hottest heat wave in the country. However the lovely and spacious 1bedroom suite accommodations at Liberty Place made coming in out of the heat feel like a wonderful oasis. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the valet staff were wonderful. Looking forward to a return visit when the weather is more pleasant.

This hotel knows what hospitality means! All staff members are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Anytime any staff member sees you (concierge, managers, housekeeping, etc.) they greet you and also answer any questions you might have. I also loved the little things, like always having fresh fruit infused water available in the lobby, and the security aspects like not being able to use the elevator without your room key. They were also very on top of everything and everything was kept very clean. The rooms were stunning and I appreciated how technologically advanced/updated the room was. The showers were also incredible and the heated toilet seat was a very nice surprise! It was a great location, walking distance to many things downtown. About 20-30 minutes from beaches. Ubers are easily accessible. Parking through the hotel is pretty expensive. The only thing I wish they had is a pool. I believe if you reserve early enough though, other local hotels within walking distance offer day passes for purchase if you want to use a pool but they sell out fast. If I were to visit again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Charleston.

This was a very comfortable experience all around! The accommodations were beautiful but the only, and I mean only, drawback was no pool!!! I guess they can’t because they are 4 feet above sea level. That said Corey from Valet was exceptional. He was always punctual and sweet. Loved getting out our car from Valet when Corey was working over the last 7 days we were here! Definitely coming back!!!

Our stay started with Corey at the Valet- he is great and made our stay! The hotel is great and located an easy walk to/ from downtown and King st. Wish there was a pool, but other than that it’s an amazing stay. Thank you Corey and all the staff members.
