Awful! Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly. The management was the worst. The rooms were like a motel 6 and on top of that it’s *******! No microwave, no room service, no refrigerator! I honestly have nothing nice to say about the management.

The Mills house was so charming. It felt grand at every turn. Having access to the 2nd floor balcony outside of our room was a pleasant surprise. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

Very clean hotel. Fantastic staff. Perfect location in Charleston. Restaurant and bar was excellent, along with the coffee shop in the lobby. The pool on level 2 was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The valet service was great. Rob was very accommodating and professional. He got our vehicle out in a timely manner, had a great attitude, and opened the doors for all ladies and children.

Terri was an ABSOLUTE doll and provided a pleasant experience. My husband and I left at 4 to catch a flight and she was punctual and hospitable. I never seen anyone so energetic and ready at 4 in the morning. We will be returning to the Mills House!
