The room at the Indigo Inn was horrible. The floors were sticky and filthy. The air conditioner was noisy and the tv didn’t work. We had to complain twice before someone came to clean and the floors were still dirty. The room was dark and depressing. NEVER AGAIN!

Great place to relax in garden area with a glass of wine. Very comfortable rooms, and very nice staff. We've stayed many time and are never disappointed. Parking is adjacent to Inn and very convenient. There is a $25 dollar a night fee, but worth it for the convenience.

Horrible experience, they keep cancelling the flights at the last moment. Won't recommend Indigo to any kne ever. They should atleast provide some other alternative to the passengers. Even they keep you waiting at airport due to delay in their flights .

This hotel is located right next to the market and easy ealking dudtance to everything in Charleston. The parking lot is big and easy to navigate. We enjoyed being able to do touristy things during the day and then go back and rest in the courtyard with wine and cheese. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning, because it was really hot, we ate our breakfast in the lobby which is cozy and air conditioned. Later on we would sit in the courtyard. Our room was comfortable. We could not hear people coming and going.

My daughter and I loved the charming, perfectly situated Indigo Inn. The front desk staff were so personable and helpful and we loved meeting people during the happy hour! I had a hard time making a decision about where to stay but certainly made the right one when I chose Indigo Inn!

This hotel gets you right in the "Charleston Mood" as a guest is in the historic district surrounded by what one reads about as Charleston. Good restaurants are near, the horse drawn carriage rides, stone streets, beautiful old buildings, etc. The afternoon wine and cheese and breakfast are beautifully displayed and guests mingle and share the daily experience. The hotel staff tries very hard to please and succeeds.

Very nice hotel. Well located minutes away from the main town. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a cute little patio to read or work, nice details such as wine and cheese and snacks. The parking spot is convenient as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Where do I start!! I just found my notes from our wonderful experience at Christmas! Here goes! Niki - made certain every detail, in every room was just, right. Clap-clap... Chris - If you miss his breakfast quisine, why did you even bother? Snap-snap.. And.... because they were perfectly interchangable in a perticularily experienced way!.... Location, location, location. Reliable inn in the heart of the city. Nice place to spend a few days or longer. Quaint environment, quiet room, Continental breakfast offerings. Parking rate reasonable. Pleasant staff. Looking forward to returning in the future to Indigo Inn.
