I was genuinely blown away by this adorable, cozy spot tucked right in the heart of downtown Charleston. The hospitality and attention to detail were next level. We stayed in the Studio Hotel Suite, and it was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail felt intentional — from the fully stocked kitchen (yes, it had everything, even dish soap and paper towels!) to the fridge filled with complimentary flat and sparkling water, juices, and soda.The bathroom was equally luxurious, with bath salts, bath bombs, and diffusers all ready to help you unwind. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and everything in the room worked perfectly. They also delivered a charming little basket of fresh fruit and waffles in the morning — such a lovely gesture. Our trip may have been just one night, but it’s one we won’t forget. Truly a hidden gem :)

We travel quite a bit and by far this was one of the best hotel experiences in a while. From before arrival until departing we had a wonderful experience. The property and room were gorgeous. The daily morning breakfast basket left by our door was fabulous. The rooftop restaurant had unbelievable cocktails and views. And the fifth floor pool was a welcome respite after a long day of touring before the evening guest happy hour. Overall could not be beat except by the kindness and excellent guest services provided by Christian and Tristan. We also couldn’t ask for a sweeter server upstairs than Jenn. Her recommendations where top notch. Thank you all for the memorable weekend escape.

The Restoration was perfect for our short visit to Charleston. The rooms are large and stylish, the location is perfect to access everything on foot and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend and no hesitation to stay there again.

Fantastic long weekend stay at Restoration! Lovely hotel - great room, superb service (thank you Tony, Ben, Sara, Tristan, Quint). Lovely little touches; in house coffee shop, comfy lobby, great rooftop bar and restaurant. Perfect location to explore Charleston. My wife and I had an amazing romantic get away!

Great location, nice room, good amenities. Don't forget wine hour with your concierge. He spins all the good vinyl and we met amazing couples. One of the better coffee shops in the area is right there at the hotel. Will be back.

We loved this boutique hotel…the location was perfect and the decor was great…the rooftop restaurant is amazing and we ate there twice…..Recommending this hotel to all our friends and we will be back…
