This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 217 which was just a king bed and a pullout couch. To start there was A ROACH when we pulled out the couch bed. It was disgusting we also found another guests smoke trash. The only window in the room was so dirty we couldn’t even see out of it. The shower was dirty and the floor was cracking. We even believed the floor was going to cave in because some part of the carpets our feet literally fell into the floor giving us the impression it was unsafe. The front desk was very unaccommodating they did not give us any sort of refund or compensation for this hotel room. I definitely recommend To not stay here and don’t get fooled like we did. And we initially chose this hotel actually because of the indoor pool and there was no indication that it was closed but it was apparently! So definitely do not go here.

"Free Breakfast" contains waffles, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast, milk and coffee Bedsheets were dirty and caused our skin to itch. No soap in bathroom only shampoo satchets. TV wasn't connected to the network. Floors are grimy. Carpets smell of cigarettes. Toilet flush does not work properly. Reception desk is always empty and the host is missing most of the time. Seems disinterested in her job. I saw multiple people waiting at the desk and she was missing. Curtains to the outside are useless as they were blasting street lights in our eyes. Air vents are filled with mold. Shower was broken.

First off, I selected a king bed suite but was given a double queen bed suite. Not the end of the world but not what I wanted either. The room had been badly abused by previous guests but there didn't seem to be much care taken to repair things. The room smelled dirty and after spending a short amount of time in there, it looked like the entire room had basically been "tidied up" more so than cleaned. I'm not convinced the sheets were clean, the phone and alarm clock were disconnected and laying on the floor, there were only three small single serving packets of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, no beverage cups or coffee cups anywhere, the floor was dirty, several bugs in the bathroom...I could go on but I think y'all have gotten the picture. The only things even remotely acceptable were the night manager (very friendly) and the discounted price I paid booking through a major booking site and honestly, it was only worth about half the cost I paid for the experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they make some serious changes and updates. They could do so much better if they wanted to.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures do NOT match this hotel. You pull up, it’s immediately dirty, overflowing trash outside. As you walk in you will tell the floors are FILTHY. For some odd reason there is black hair all over everything, the floors, elevator, BED linens. We tried three different rooms all with the same level of disgust. Our first room had blood stains and food on the box spring cover sheet, ashes on the night stands, the furniture looks like a tire shop employee has used it every day during lunch rubbing GREASE on it but it’s actually just a build up of filth. There was smoke all on the 4th floor because a party room down the hall going on. Which i believe one of the girl employees from the front desks was allowing to happen and attending to frequently. Every floor we went on (as the front desk tried to give us two other rooms instead bc how gross ours was) was the same. There are no real blankets on the beds, only sheets. The AC doesn’t work in half the rooms. I asked to speak to the manager who apparently wouldn’t be back in until the next day, but when asked master what time he arrived they then said he was in ATL and would call me within 2-3 days.. Theo policy says no refunds or cancellations with 24 hours. So SOL. Do not waste your time and money

There are roaches the people are nice but the vibes you get from the building when you walk in the door get worse. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in the lobby already calling the hotel to see if anyone is even still here at 7pm at night bc I haven’t seen anyone since I asked if I could switch rooms the first time bc there were roaches all over the beds in the first room I had then my boss had them in his room crawling on the headrest of the beds. Hell of a price difference but we’re going to the Hilton further in town

We picked this hotel because we thought clarion was a reputable hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t have that experience. The room had some sort of bugs crawling around in the bathroom. No toilet paper so we had to go down and get it. The towels were sized for a child, no smoking on premises but cigarette burns on the bedding and tub. Couldn’t control the air temperature in our room and it was too hot. There were bags of trash in the hall when we arrived and when we left that no one had touch and it smelled of rotting food. The breakfast was coffee and a make a waffle station. No yogurt or not even a banana that I could eat. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody for all these reason. I felt the rotting food made me want to be sick.

Changed rooms 3 times before leaving and going to the Hilton up the road. Place is about 10 years past the need to be renovated. For context I'm a construction traveler and stay in mid-crappy hotels often and have never walked out. The sex stains on the couch and chairs wernt even the deal breaker.

I booked this as the nearest chain hotel to my destination so I didn't spend enough time planning. It was filthy and bug infested. I woke up with bug bites and sat still to watch bugs crawling everywhere. A tear in a comforter that made it obvious they weren't washed. Old food and trash behind bed, coffee pot filthy, corners dirty, yuck. Now I'm treating my belongings as if they could be bug infested too.
