I arrived at this facility on July 5, 2023 and found a very friendly helpful and smiling reception. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Thank you sincerely to Desmond, Terry and Tinika. They have done everything within their power to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible Restaurant recommendations. nail salon recommendations. I am supposed to be here for minimum of six months to two years depending on the projects I am working on. Any repairs that needed done we’re done within 24 hours. I am a single woman traveling alone and I feel safe here I definitely would return again here in the future

Desmond is the best great service and always puts a smile on your face I love him will stay here anytime very helpful in every way he can help doesn't mind leading a hand everyone loves him a really great guy

SO BAD. We when and smelt **** and coke immediately. And someone was in our room. They need to have a check so there will be no more bad smells.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮 if anyone else sees this. IT IS AWFUL

To Whom it May Concern, Deasmond K & Trunika are absolute professionals. Our company has a Corporate Acct. and has stayed in ESA 's on River Ave & both locations on Arco. Those places had roaches and were all nasty, filthy & trifling. ESA Ashley Phospate is hands down the cleanest best ran ESA in Charleston out of the 4 we've stayed in. Deasmond K works his butt off to do turnovers, wash linen, assist Customers and keep the premises clean. He's practically a 1 man act. The management is by the book but they're fair and will be as helpful as possible. After arriving in Charleston and staying at ESA's we're we fought with bugs day and night finding Trunika & Deasmond at the ESA Charleston Ashley Phosphate was like finding refuge on a deserted island. The staff are really helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Desmond at the front desk, was very informative of fun things to do around Charleston. I would definitely stay here again. The towels were fresh, the rooms were roomy and clean.

When my significant other and I first checked into this establishment, we were moving from another local affiliate and facing less than favorable general life circumstances. The very first moment that I interacted with anyone here, Nika helped us make sure that we booked the ideal reservation for our budget/situation… and she has continued to be just the right amount of helpful at precisely the moment that it is called for, and for that we couldn’t be more grateful. She, along with the always charismatic Deasmond, have appeared like a glimmering ray of hope in whats become a dark and dreary world. It’s the little things we do, which go unacknowledged by self, that tend to have the most profound impact on the lives of those around us. In this experience it has been made clear that they, whether aware of it or not, have certainly affected our period of hardship in an unexpected and positive way. And for that I say “Thank you!”
