Two parking spots are included with this rental with a dedicated turn around spot at the rear of the lot, so you never have to back out when leaving to explore! We had an absolutely fabulous stay here. We came for a bachelorette party and the location was amazing. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for our group of 8. There was more than enough room and it could easily accommodate more than 8. I would highly, highly recommend to anyone traveling and wanting to stay in downtown Charleston.

Wonderful property for a large family The property was beautiful with both historical charm and modern amenities. Ms. Miki met in person and went through all of the property's amenities, going through how they worked, etc. and got to meet my family as well. We were in town for my niece's wedding and had rented space for 12 of us. The location was walking distance to many fantastic cafes and restaurants plus a quick ride to Market Street and the historic area. I would recommend this property to anyone because Ms. Miki and Mr. Chuck were wonderful hosts and were very responsive if we ever needed anything

Perfect for our family We needed a place to stay to accommodate our family of 9 which included a set of grandparents! The house is beautiful exactly as described with plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom which allowed them their own privacy bathroom and a little area if they wanted to be apart from the chaos for moment lol! The upstairs with the three bedrooms was ideal for the babies and their parents who could use all the bedrooms and give the babies a quiet place to nap! The two king size bedrooms are awesome each with their own bath and down below another living room dining room etc and that whole section can be closed off from other side of house which we did a lot to keep the toddlers contained ! And we can't say enough about the location! There's a sandwich shop literally son the corner, a local family owned place two blocks away that had the best fried shrimp that my father in law was craving and you are steps away from king street with tons of restaurants and shops. Location is close to The Citadel, West Ashley and Jones Yacht club (all places we had to get to for daughters wedding). It was an ideal location. The only slight drawback was the set of spiral stairs was hard to navigate with a toddler in arms but they offer an outside entrance too and it was easy and convenient! All in all I would stay here again and if you are considering booking then do it. The owner is great to work with!

Exceeded expectations 6 couples in town to Celebrate my Husband’s 60th Birthday. The house accommodates everyone without any overcrowding. Beautifully decorated and a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to visit Charleston.

Great Fall getaway Comfortable, well appointed, great location, great relaxing courtyard. We had so much fun celebrating a family wedding. We enjoyed exploring the town and time staying in and enjoying the family room watching some football. Thanks!

Perfect house for a large family stay in downtown Charleston Our 11 person family group stayed six nights in this lovely updated house steps away from King Street. Bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Ample parking space and nice, bright home with large windows. We especially liked the large and well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all updated and comfortable. Would absolutely come back!

Great location but property not suitable for seniors The property is located in a nice area of downtown Charleston and has parking available for 2 cars. We rented 6-bedroom unit for a family reunion for 3 days but did not enjoy our stay because of couple of reasons. First, the description makes it sound like it is a single home but in reality, it is a combination of 2 separate units that are not connected in the upstairs area where bed rooms are located.Second, It is hard for seniors to go up and down the stairs specially at night when it is dark. Some of the bed rooms are quite small.

Amazing Property! This property was perfect for our family. Wonderful common areas with separate sleeping areas so family members had ability to rest or stay up with no disturbance to others. Great sound systems, Smart TV’s and so much space. Great location with quick walks for coffee & food. We hope to do many repeat trips!
