Our property is a legally permitted vacation rental as required by Charleston City ordinance. Our certificate of operational number is OP2024-05539 One block from the heart of the entertainment district of Upper King Street. You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 6 large palms, a live oak, and a large sycamore tree at the front of the property. The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic house, Unit B (this listing) which is the top floor of the historic house, and Unit C which is the house in the back of the property. As you enter Unit B from your private, large porch, you will be stepping into the living room featuring a cathedral ceiling, original beams and fireplace, and historical hardwood flooring. The home was fully restored and renovated to result in Charleston charm with modern convenience. Love Music? We have an in-wall system for streaming your favorite Spotify or Pandora playlist through the in-ceiling speakers. The property includes Wi-Fi throughout, as well as CAT-6 cables to provide faster, more reliable and more secure internet. Living room – The living room has a cozy, warm atmosphere perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Plenty of dimmable lighting accenting the cathedral ceiling and beams. The space has 4 comfortable chairs, a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, and a 55-inch smart, high-definition TV. The living space is open-concept and flows straight into the kitchen. Kitchen – Whether you are dining in or just hanging out with a coffee or cocktail, the kitchen is made to accommodate you. High end granite, under-counter lighting, dimmable lights, sound system, large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Plus, all the conveniences of a modern kitchen: dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, Ninja blender and Keurig beverage maker. The kitchen is also fully supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, wine glasses, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, and casserole dishes. Bedrooms – After a full day of fun in Charleston, you will be ready to retire to one of the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom offers an exceptionally comfortable queen bed that is serviced with quality linens. In addition, each one of our beautiful well-appointed bedrooms has access to wireless high-speed internet as well as CAT-6 jacks for the secure minded traveler. Select rooms are equipped with 33" SMART TVs with CAT-6 interfaces for streaming your favorite movies and tunes. Bathrooms – There are two bathrooms in this unit. The larger bathroom on the right side is located outside of bedrooms 1 and 2. It offers a large shower with dual shower heads, frameless shower doors, custom tiling and a large granite topped vanity. The second bathroom is on the left side of the house near bedrooms 3 and 4. It is tastefully decorated with a custom shower stall and pedestal sink. For your enjoyment, luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper are provided. Laundry – We have a full-sized commercial grade stacker washer and dryer near bedrooms 1 and 2. Laundry detergent is provided. Parking – Don’t worry about downtown parking – we have you covered! Our property provides two parking spaces on-site so you won’t need to bother with the busy street or garage. Need more Bedrooms? - Having a bigger group coming to Charleston with you? Rental of Unit B and our other two units on the property will give you sleeping space for 30 (24 in bedrooms). Perfect for a Bachelorette Weekend This property’s cleanliness was immaculate, there was plenty of space for 9 girls, and it was central to everything in Charleston. 100% recommend. The hosts are also super communicative and friendly!

Family spring break We came to Charleston for a short week trip with our family and elementary aged kids. The property was fantastic and had everything that we needed, especially parking! Awesome stay in Charleston, SC We had the best time here! Our group of 7 ladies was quite a large size to accommodate in a central area and close to all the activities, and this spot was just the ticket. Thank you Miki, everything was perfect - we really had an awesome experience in Charleston (which was a first visit for us all). Highly recommend this property, great restaurants and breakfast spots nearby.

Such a wonderful stay in Charleston! I stayed here with a few girlfriends for the weekend and it was such a great experience! We were met with our wonderful host who showed us around and was equally as excited for our stay as we were. They were so communicative and prompt with any questions starting from booking until our last day. 10/10 location as it’s so close to King Street and is surrounded but cute cafes and bars. Would recommend and would love to come back and stay at this property!!
