The location is the best for my needs. The service was above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I usually travel with my fur baby, this hotel allows this. The overall accommodation is okay, just the breakfast buffet. I even gave a bill and asked for a tip. I can't understand it. I haven't seen it in other hotels! This is more strange

The hotel is as pictured, great location and beautiful lobby & bar and great friendly staff as you walk in. The pool was a nice spot to relax and my daughter had a great time swimming. Outlet stores are directly across the street and lots of quick food options. Easy commute into Charleston and folly beach area. The room was nice, beds were fairly comfortable, not the best hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is the only negative. Unlike the rest of the room it had this poorly fitted drop ceiling that was starting to rust from the poor ventilation. There was also a wire rack shelf in the shower that was mostly rusted over, not the kind of place you want to rest you bar of soap.
