Do they have hot water?
The Temperature on the water didn’t get very hot right away. It was like as the water ran longer that’s when it got hotter which was kind of odd. It could’ve been too that the room wasn’t occupied a lot so the water wasn’t being used a lot.

This hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of renovation. The carpets in both the hallways and rooms were dirty, stained, and heavily worn. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable—thin mattresses placed on basic metal frames. I've slept more comfortably on pullout couches.
Unfortunately, the condition of the beds wasn’t even the worst part. We discovered a large, disgusting stain on one of the mattresses that had clearly been there for some time. Since it was very late when we returned to the room, we didn’t have the energy to address it with staff right away. The next morning, I showed a photo of the stain to the front desk, and the response was completely apathetic. The woman I spoke with simply said she would tell her boss, with no apology or attempt to make it right.
Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the money or the discomfort.

For a King Suite there should be a minimum a lounge chair to read and lights over the desk. We had planned to stay a couple hours in the morning to read. Because of the Spartan facilities we left at 6 am.

Good location, decent stay
Came up to visit EIU with a friend so this hotel was very close which was nice! Very convenient location. The beds are not the most comfortable but they worked for our short trip. There were mold looking spots on the ceiling in the shower so that gave us the eebie geebies but other than that, it was a good stay for what we needed! I’ve stayed here previously and will stay again mostly due to its location.

Could not check in early (noon) even though there was no one in the parking lot. Broken coffee machine. Hairs on toilet. Clean sheets and pillows. Mattress had an issue with springs on left side. Dirty outside but plenty of parking and lights on parking lot. Not the worst place I have slept.
