Good Ibis Hotel. Very clean. Nice people. Not so close to Metro, so you have to take a Bus 24 to connect to Metro if you need to travel by Metro.

The hotel hallway and the room were very old in style. The room was very small and not very clean. The floor was covered in stains and dowels were sticking out of the ceiling. The toilet seat was cracked because the bathroom door kept banging against it. The mirrors were not clean either. In general, it was very thinly soundproof.
The hotel itself was very cheap, but I wouldn't book it again

Although there is a bus stop right in front, most major tourist attractions are about an hour away. Other than the location, the facilities and services are satisfactory.
