We choose this cheap hotel for one quick night without any expectations. It’s 15 minutes by bus from the gare de Lyon train station. The room was bigger than expected with places to put the luggage and clothes. Bathroom and room was very clean. I would not recommend to stay here to visit the city as it’s a bit on the outskirts of Paris

The hotel is difficult to find; you have to take the elevator and then you reach a different floor, which belongs to the actual hotel. Downstairs, there's another hotel where other people are checking in. The staff were kind enough to explain it to me. The TV can also be set to English for some channels, and they even have RTL.

Although Ibis Bercy is not in the city center, I think it is still a good choice considering its price. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get from the hotel to the city center. If you are going to a farther place, it may take 50 to 60 minutes, so you need to plan ahead.
The facilities in the room are quite simple, there is no kettle, but you can get hot water in the restaurant. The supplies provided are also quite basic, only towels, hand washing and shower gel (all-in-one), paper cups, and a hair dryer (very weak).
For travelers on a budget, this is a good value for money option, but if you’re looking for more comfort, you may want to consider other options.

Good Ibis Hotel. Very clean. Nice people. Not so close to Metro, so you have to take a Bus 24 to connect to Metro if you need to travel by Metro.

The hotel hallway and the room were very old in style. The room was very small and not very clean. The floor was covered in stains and dowels were sticking out of the ceiling. The toilet seat was cracked because the bathroom door kept banging against it. The mirrors were not clean either. In general, it was very thinly soundproof.
The hotel itself was very cheap, but I wouldn't book it again
