Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

Celebrated my mother’s birthday at the property extremely happy with the spread of the buffet & staff especially Pawan . The ambience of the property and the entire experience is excellent and highly recommended. Must visit place if you’re in Goa.

-＞Area and Surroundings: This is the first time I stayed in Vagator area and I must say it is a great area to be in. Almost all the happening places, restaurants, lounges and clubs are within 10 mins driving distance. On entering the hotel, it has a brilliant lobby with a calming waterbody. The chandelier of the main lobby is very exquisite and the artwork and sculptures placed throughout makes each area a place to be clicked. -＞Room: We got the best bay view rooms with a cozy balcony. Our rooms really had very nice views of the pool as well as the bay. Being on the higher floor we enjoyed cool breeze in monsoon season. The balcony was inviting with two comfortable chairs and a table. The room was modern and was equipped with all modern amenities and had ample space for movement. The room had mood lighting wherein the lights can be dimmed to “Relax” mode with just click of a button. One small thing I found missing was a work desk. Though there was a sofa and a coffee table, but the comfort of a table and chair was missed. As a signature to all JW, the room had a glass separated bathroom (with curtain of course). We also took the adjoining twin bed room, and it made our stay with kids very comfortable. I was very impressed with the artifacts, lighting and the color scheme of the room. It really set the tone to a laid back and relaxing vacation. The bed side Bluetooth speaker had extra USB slots ***** with one multi-port cable to charge all sorts of devices. -＞Bathroom and Bathing experience: The bathroom too was a good size. With a sperate WC and Shower enclosure, makes it to be used by different guests living in the same room at same time. The water temperature and pressure were really good and pleasant for a perfect freshening bath. -＞Hotel and Grounds: The hotel is great architecture, this makes it comfortable for the guest to enjoy natural climate and be inside when it is too hot or too rainy. The reception area was very unique and gave a very peaceful feeling. The pool area on level 3 was excellent place to unwind. With an open-air bar giving infinite views of the bay, we really spent our evenings there. The pool area has a separate a kid’s pool and also a Jacuzzi pool. The hotel has an entire floor for kids entertaining. It has indoor area with a carnival theme and arcade games, it has an outdoor area (Still covered) with slides and swings, then it has a 2-lane modern bowling alley, virtual golf and what not. My daughters enjoyed a lot under supervision of trained staff. The kids are has a sleeping room as well for the kids, I have never seen it before. -＞Hotel Staff I was very well greeted by the check-in staff and the check-in check-out process was very quick and smooth. The people at hotel were helpful and warm. They were ever smiling and courteous. One very different thing was a pre-arrival telephone call from Mr. Rohit Ashva Ghai. Generally, hotels have pre-arrival emails and they want to take your preferences, but here there

Right from the airport representative and the airport pickup, everything at JW Marriott Goa was beyond superb. The new & comfortable rooms, super sunset cocktails & snacks at the poolside, the indoor games room NEON that fired up our competitive spirits, a wonderful dining experience at Heliconia with Chef Arturo that we will surely come back again for, the never ending breakfast spread, the sublime L’Occitane spa.. However one incident overshadows all of this.. we checked out and left for a friend’s villa where we were staying for a few days after JW Marriott. After lunch we got a call that while emptying the in-room safe, they saw a card case and some cash. They promptly called and requested us to pick it up anytime. This honesty from the housekeeping staff ***** with the courtesy and efficiency of all team members is what makes this hotel unique in my opinion. Keep it up Neha & team members. Can’t wait to come again!

The Therapist was very well trained…I had one of the best spa experience…The overall ambience and experience was wonderful….The staff made me feel very comfortable…Ambience and overall experience was good. Thank you JW Marriott Goa for such wonderful experience.

This was the most amazing brunch I have ever seen! There was a huge variety available and everything was out of this world delicious. We had the opportunity meet our chef, Rohit and he even made a unique dessert for my gluten free friend. The staff was incredibly attentive, as in the moment I looked like I needed something someone was right there asking if they could get me anything. We met too deaf staff members and enjoyed a nice conversation with them, also outstanding service from them. Afterwards we enjoyed a nice walk in the garden and an impromptu photoshoot. Can’t recommend this place more!

The hotel was fine what you’d expect in a 5*, courteous staff but one shocking aspect is allowing people in the pool in shorts & collar T-shirts (not swimming wear) and women in sarongs in the pool. Pretty disgusting! Had higher expectations.
