O quarto não apresentou boas condições de limpeza, a fronha do travesseiro estava suja, o banheiro apresentava cabelos no piso e havia um cotonete no chão próximo a escrivaninha.
Tudo isso foi relatado a recepcionista que me pediu desculpas e me ofereceu um upgrade de quarto. Quando cheguei no novo quarto, encontrei uma garrafa de cerveja aberta na prateleira do banheiro, novamente relatei o problema ao hotel.
Infelizmente a experiência nao foi das melhores.
