Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

The hotel is located next to the West Lake, easy to find, and cars can be parked in front of the door. It is within walking distance to the attractions in the ancient city. The hotel was renovated from an ancient house and has installed elevators to reach each floor. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and suitable in size, neat and clean, the bathrooms have sufficient water power, and the hairdryer has strong wind power. There are also public spaces on each floor, making it feel like home. Breakfast is traditional Teochew style. The boss and waiters are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is opposite the West Lake Park. As soon as we arrive at the hotel, the front desk lady will help us with our luggage and welcome us to the hotel. I took my daughter to Chaozhou to travel and booked a twin room. The room was clean and tidy, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The 12-year-old daughter immediately sat on the bed and told me that the bed was very comfortable. She wanted to watch Internet TV and TV programs. Everything, the room space is quite large, there is a set of tables and chairs, I bought sesame tea downstairs and just sat up to drink. My daughter drank it and it was delicious. We were in a very comfortable mood. I slept all night and the bed was really comfortable. My daughter shouted that she would stay for another night. It was funny. I could see that she really liked this hotel. This time we came to Chaozhou for a trip. We not only watched the light show, walked through Guangji Bridge, visited the archway street, tasted the West Road snack street, but also experienced the hospitality of the locals here. It was really a happy journey!

The location is also very good, just by the West Lake, by the ancient city, next to sesame tea and sausage powder are also delicious. The sound insulation effect is not good, and I was awakened several times by the sound of opening the door and talking in the middle of the night 😭

房間是loft結構的，老闆娘叮囑上樓梯不能穿鞋，所以樓上是很乾凈的。大廳有茶桌，喜歡泡茶的可以泡茶。冰箱裏礦泉水不限量。酒店位置離開元寺、牌坊街大約500米，所以去各個景點都很方便。我們2:44的高鐵，所以需要12:00後退房，老闆娘很體諒地給予了我們延遲退房。總之必須好評。
