The room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. It's not very central, and the traffic in the center is really bad. There is morning tea next to the food, and the midnight casserole porridge is just across the road. It's not bad.

The hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, even recommending some excellent local Chaoshan cuisine nearby. The hotel boasts a great location with dedicated underground parking and direct elevator access to the front desk for check-in, which was super convenient. A key point to remember is that the front desk is on the fifth floor, not the ground floor, which just serves as a welcome lounge. There's also a cinema in the adjacent mall; coincidentally, the movie 'Dongji Island' was playing, so I caught a showing right away. It was a really good experience!

They even thoughtfully provided toiletries for our children. Facilities: The design was very well-thought-out. Features like the sink, message board, and family beds in the communal lounge area were all incredibly user-friendly. All the facilities are new and perfectly suited for family travel. The laundry room was also convenient and hygienic. As a frequent visitor to Chaozhou, this has been my most satisfying stay yet. My only minor suggestion would be to incorporate more local Chaozhou specialties into the breakfast spread.

I wasn't a fan of the large, refillable toiletry bottles; I personally find individual smaller ones more hygienic. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not available, and I didn't utilize any other services. There's a delicious Lei Ji Cheong Fun restaurant conveniently located right downstairs. Attractions like Paifang Street are just a short and affordable taxi ride away (around 10-20 RMB), though finding a taxi for the return trip proved challenging. Free parking is available at the hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

For a city with a tight parking space, Chao chose the free underground parking lot of the wealth center downstairs. It is very friendly to self-driving tourists. From Shantou, the overall city impression of Chaozhou is not as good as Shantou. Chaoxuan Hotel still found a lot of points, nothing to be picky, the service of the front desk ladies is very good, I think this is probably also the reason for the evaluation score 4.9, it is worthy of the name, it is really good!
