非常滿意，屬於潮州高檔的酒店，停車方便，酒店設施較好，服務更是沒得説，五星級的表現。有點資料需要手寫，拍照、打印，大堂的伍志文吧，幫忙跑前跑後忙了二十分鐘，真的特別感謝，下次還會選擇。

江景房很不錯，聽説是潮州的唯一一家五星級酒店。帶爸媽出行，前台楊揚和當天的大堂經理還送了我們6份自助早餐，非常感謝，爸媽開心極了一直叫我給好評哈哈。打掃阿姨徐作琴服務態度也非常好。

This stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou was a very good experience. The hotel has beautiful scenery and a quiet environment, which is very suitable for relaxation and vacation.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. I felt particularly comfortable when I woke up in the morning and saw the morning mist. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water, good quality toiletries, and very thoughtful details.
In terms of dining, the breakfast was rich in variety, with both international cuisine and authentic Chaozhou specialties, especially the beef balls and rice noodles, which tasted very authentic.
I would like to praise the front desk lady, Jennie, for her very attentive and thoughtful service. When checking in, she answered my questions very patiently and the whole process went smoothly. Her attitude was kind and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable. This stay was a very good experience, thank her for her help.
