房間在小區的最外側，不知道是因為做什麼，外面有點吵就是咯，因為是類似民宿公寓，所以不會有太多的服務，但是定了兩套，我們11個人，屬於帶着長者小孩過節，基本保證了大家的獨立空間。大家都比較滿意，不過洗衣機漏水，有些東西不能用比如電視沒有有線好像也不能投屏。

非常棒的體驗，性價比極高，自駕遊停車方便，老闆有求必應，服務到位，自駕去廣濟橋十幾分鍾車程，周邊菜場超市飯店也都有。很滿意！

宿在潮州幾日都在萊芬，在城北外環邊上，平層很大一家出行各自獨立房間休息很好，隔音到位。附近往南超市和火鍋店吃飯較方便。不錯的體驗。

附近有超市，很方便
離潮州古城15分鐘車程，滴滴打車大概18元，挺方便
兩個浴室都是坐廁，非常適合香港人
房間以及大廳都有冷暖氣
