這個公寓是在江的東面，東面的景點有泰佛殿和韓文公祠，如果過年人多玩這兩個景點可以住在這裏，走回公寓也不遠。
牌坊街、廣濟樓、開元寺在江的西面，建議東面住一晚上，西面住一個晚上。但是他家有一個好處，就是停車特別方便，西面的公寓停車多少費點勁。

一進公寓，首先電梯是壞的，要自己去停車場裏爬樓上電梯，關鍵樓道燈是壞的！其次洗澡水是冷的，所有水都衹是温温熱，這是冬天，而且空調製熱效果不好，一直都很冷，關鍵被子也特別薄，吹風機居然也是壞的，頭髮都沒辦法吹乾，都要凍感冒了！大過年也不用這樣摟搜吧，擺明了不讓別人用水用電，廁所連個垃圾桶都沒有！更何況什麼早餐，礦泉水之類的服務更不可能有了！真的很垃圾！大家一定要避雷！而且也不便宜，節假日更貴！很差就是真的！

房間比較寬敞，窗外就是駕校停車場，裏面有2個充電樁，酒店停車可以領取出門卡。洗澡水比較熱，洗手龍頭沒有熱水。
