到潮州旅遊前，我着實對住宿在軟硬件、酒店所處位置、窗外景觀、周邊環境、衞生、早餐等方面下過功夫。經過多方對比和詳細瞭解各住客的評價後，最終選擇了韓思·熙湖酒。到酒店辦理入住登記時，細心的前台倆位接待美女，發現原訂單少訂了一份早餐，立即通過領導幫我補上。同時，根據我訂單的特別要求，主動想法幫我調整更好的房間。到了房間後，即接到來電，問是否符合我的要求。其認真負責的專業精神和服務態度，很讓我感動。另外還告知酒店可提供免費洗衣等。早餐的質量、品種超出預期，並有現磨咖啡提供，令人驚喜。酒店位於古城和西湖之間，可到空氣清新西湖公園裡走走，又可很方便走去古城和國內四大著名古橋之一的廣濟橋等各景點遊玩。下次來潮州，我還會選擇住該酒店。

酒店對着漳州西湖的東門，周邊很繁華。走街串巷去牌坊街、廣濟橋等景點走路10多分鐘。酒店的洗衣服務很方便，烘乾後送到房間，辛苦了。房間隔音不是很好，好在“鄰居”們沒有夜貓子，沒有影響睡眠。

There was a small problem when I checked in on the first night. The front desk was very nice and communicated very pleasantly. It was solved quickly. The hotel is very close to Chaozhou West Lake, just across the road. Traveling is very convenient.
