very well located hotel in old city of Teochew, walking distance to many of the sights.
owner is very sweet to contact us a day before check in, to provide info on checking in, sights plus tickets info, food etc...
there are many electric bike rentals available via QR code but can be only rent by local Chinese with Chinese mobiles and identity card, however we did find 2 shops that rent out electric bikes for tourist at RMB8/hour.
there's a very nice dessert shop and goose shop near by the hotel, both are must try, check out my pics for names.
hotel is very clean, well functioned, boss is very welcoming, the rooms are most comfy, good aircon and good showers. laundry is on the 3rd floor and using it adds a local nostalgic feel, go up the roof top, is another kind of experience.
Teochew is a beautiful city, lots to eat and lots to do, enjoy our stay there, will definitely recommended ChaoTing Inn to those who are visiting!

Chinese decorated facilities, centrally located with lots of easily accessible and large selections of food and snacks shops. Very enjoyable especially for year end cooling vacation.

The location of the inn is very good, travel is convenient, there are many delicious foods around, and it is not far from the attractions and can be reached on foot. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the surrounding attractions and food travel information. I am very satisfied and will recommend friends to stay here.

The room is very clean. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas. There is aromatherapy in the room. Once you enter, it has a refreshing fragrance without any odor and feels very clean. The owner of the inn is a local who is very nice and enthusiastic. He even invited us to have something to eat with him when we left😁

A pearl in a humble alley, a very pleasant surprise, an exquisite shop! Very close to Yuan Road, only ten steps away from the main road, quiet in the bustling. As soon as we arrived, the housekeeper prepared sweet soup and invited us to eat. Extra beds can be added, suitable for parent-child travel, and there are many details for children. There is WiFi, not noisy, looks antique, and the bedding is clean

The butler was very polite and the service was good. But don't live on the first floor. There are no windows. The air inlet of the air conditioner is probably outside the glass. A dark, damp musty smell blows in your face. The whole family doesn't want to be disappointed when they go out, so they have to make do with it.
