酒店服務貼心，遊玩方便，從廣濟橋到牌坊街，體驗唐宋風格的開元寺和潮州的特色美食，入住韓思悦酒店，簡約大氣的年輕之裝修風格酒店房間實際比照片還好看，房間大小合適，東西擺放規整佈置合理，設施也很新，衞生乾淨，還可以免費停車，停車地點就在酒店門口，一開門 就能聞到一股淡淡的香味，晚上睡的很安詳，前台服務靠譜，每次消息都會秒回，入住後需要什麼東西給前台打電話， 可以免費提供耳塞，拖鞋，牙刷等，用機器人很快就會送到！服務快速到位！

酒店位置方便打車，酒店門口就有公交站，真的太方便了，交通便利，酒店環境整潔，房間佈局也不錯，優雅不失情調，服務周到 讓人無比舒心，每位工作人員都很熱情，住的很舒服。整個酒店裝飾精美，氛圍温馨，，推薦大家入住，門口一兩百米就有共享電動車，還熱情主動的推薦小吃景點，很好！非常推薦不錯的選擇！

優點是在市中心，打車去古城不遠，房價也合理，員工服務不錯，房間打掃也整潔，也有洗衣房，方便洗衣服。退房時還送了一套茶具。
缺點是房間沒有冰箱，浴室沒有護发露，坐廁和企缸中間只有浴簾間隔，酒店整體裝修有些老舊。而且房間樓層有吸煙的味道，向服務員反饋，迅速更換了另一房間。
