這酒店絕不再入住，入住時，房間設施一般，電視連接不上網絡，床架不穩定，坐上床時感覺下榻的情況，非常不安，厠所有渠味，房間正在步行街上，未到深夜，根本無法入睡，早上8時左右，嘈雜聲又再出現，街上途人的說話聲傳到房裏，是無法接受的。
關於電視沒有網絡問題，本應找前台服務生處理，晚上，當服務生到本房間嘗試處理電視接收問題時，電視仍接不上，職員就向我表示，因天氣問題，是接不上網絡的，我要求轉換別的房間，他表示所有房間巳出租了，沒有房間，於是就返回前台，說會幫我們致電找人幫手，但過了一會，還未見該職員回覆或解決問題，而且我從旅遊網看見，酒店仍有兩間房間提供出租的，為何該職員會回答我沒有其它空房呢？於是，我再到前台找該職員問情況，他回答話巳致電找人了，之後，該職員再打電話給一名人員，用我不明白的話，說了一陣，跟着向我們說，去別的房間再嘗試，當去到另一間房再試，電視仍無法接上網絡，他還說無辦法接上了，我覺得唔合理，所以就問剛從其它房間的住客，問情況是否一樣，電視接不上網絡，當職員聽到我問別的住客時，他就話，再到隔壁，的房再試，這次一開電視，完全無問題接上網絡，也可以看到電視了，到現在，職員先話，樣我們轉到這房住宿，該職員還不斷解釋，給我感覺在推卸責任，在國內住了不少酒店，大部份都好正直，老實的，沒想到在潮州這間酒店有這不愉快經歷，酒店職員與酒店名字不太符合的，失望，失望，不會再入住的。

The only thing good about the hotel is location. It's old building. No washing machine as stated in the website. Service is bad.

位置在牌坊街, 距離幾個主要景點都很方便, 只要步行也可到, 不過我們之前訂延遲退房直至2：00pm, 但我們1：35回去取行李, 怎料房咭已不能進入, 到服務台告知, 他們查閱後, 给了他職員証我們進入取回行李, 雖然有點麻煩, 但職員態度都很好, 所以都可以再到的

民宿地理位置絕佳，老闆也很熱情，衞生也挺乾淨，有個露台，可以看到牌坊街景色，就是感覺房間房間太小了，不過在古鎮裏就算不錯了！

位於牌坊街上，對面就是開元寺，走出 下水口 城門就是廣濟橋，地點超正。。
定的是露台房，坐露台看着牌坊街上人流。。
因為屬行人專區，就是打車要走一小段路。。
雖然臨街，但隔音非常好，有電梯。。
