衞生：很乾凈，我説就這樣可以了，可阿姨對自己要求很高
環境：環境不錯，挺好的，鬧中取靜
服務：因為刷卡的事情，我挺生氣，因為我們是連住的，所以第二天逛好夜市回來很累，結果上去六樓房卡刷不了，叫小朋友去找前台刷，她説好了，然後上來，還是刷不了，然後我帶着孩子一起去，確定能刷再上來，真的蠻累的
建議：做房卡的時候，續住的話還要重新去前台刷卡就很麻煩，希望改進一下這個，因為很多酒店續住是直接住了，一般不會再去刷一次，你們的電梯也很忙
