1. First of all, the front desk staff was not polite and had a very bad service attitude. 2. There was a KTV downstairs and it was quite noisy. 3. The room facilities were very poor and the mattress was hard. It was not as comfortable as other Orange Hotels. It was not a memory foam mattress. 4. The hygiene was not clean. The mirror, shower and toiletries were covered with dust. The toothbrush cup had not been washed at first glance. It was really dirty.
