地理位置，硬件，服務還行。就是設計上有點問題，使用起來不方便。比如説，沒地方掛毛巾、衣服，也沒配衣架。停車場路面有點破。

酒店描述與實際不符，空中花園臟亂差與圖片完全不一樣，房間空調不製冷，有蚊子。熱水器冷水上不來，調温不行。馬桶沖水壓力不夠，淋浴和廁所空間沒有完全分開，衹是隔斷。無停車場，指引客人停在別人工廠門口，半夜被打電話挪車，周邊沒有配套，在一個岔路口。體驗感非常差 感覺不值這個價格。

離牌坊街5公里。床頭開關和燈上都是灰；洗漱燈和鏡前燈不亮，維修後桌上和地上電線頭垃圾都沒清理。房間非常大，佈局也很合理，床品也都還不錯，但床頭一邊的開關不能用；窗簾透光，影響睡眠。第一天4樓露台半夜有其他客户大聲喧嘩影響睡眠；第二天半夜被前台電話吵醒讓我去挪車，很差的體驗。

房間窗户開的比人高，進去一股味道。而且很偏，打車都打不到，加調度費都要等半小時以上，一點不方便。
