民宿位於文星路中山路口，很有特色的一棟建築內。設施齊全入住舒適，老闆娘笑容可掬非常熱情客氣，介紹當地景點、美食和出行方法。客廳設有茶桌和茶具，方便朋友間聊天。

帶孩子來體驗慢節奏的生活，看了點評這家評分口碑都不錯，果斷的把古城外面的酒店退了，出行方便對於我們這種短時間旅遊的人來説太重要的，感謝🙏，房間設計感滿滿，分割很合理，大床很舒服，被子和枕頭都很滿意，更滿意的還有服務，從入住酒店以後就開始有下午茶，茶點太精緻好吃了，特別提一下，洗護用品都是小量裝，乾淨衞生，滿滿的細節，非常滿意。還要再次點贊酒店的位置很好，離牌坊街很近，樓下就是老街，周邊有一家著名的牛肉火鍋店，還有一個本地的鹵味攤，相當的好吃點贊。好了，綜上所述，孩子説下次來必須要住在這裏😅😅

房間衞生潔凈，總體還是不錯的，就是進房間要上一截樓梯，而且走路去小吃街大概要二十分鐘左右，老闆人挺好的，把推薦的好吃好玩的地方都推過來，基本上還好，出得最好是打滴滴，到小吃街基本上是十幾二十元左右。

民宿應該是老房翻新的，房間很乾凈，一次性物品都配的很齊全，位置也不錯，離牌坊街和西湖都很近，非常方便。老闆娘會給你推薦好吃的好玩的，還幫忙聯繫了送機。唯一欠缺的就是在老城區一般都是老房子，隔音一般般，其他都非常好。

特別滿意的一次入住體驗，父母也一直誇讚，感受非常好。
酒店位置好：位於中山路，走路可以到達牌坊街、開元寺、廣濟橋等打卡地，還有牛肉火鍋、沙茶雞翅這些，很近。去往潮汕機場，打車也很方便。
酒店環境好：房間帶個前廳小茶室，還有榻榻米和投影設備，後邊連接着個露台，坐在自己茶客廳裏吃早飯，喝茶，很舒服。房間很新，客用品都很好，浴巾是一次性的很衞生。還提供了一次性馬桶套，很周全。
