一家人入住兩晚，價錢比酒店便宜，住得舒適，小孩比較喜歡住這些公寓，感覺像家一樣，設備膂全，有洗衣機洗衣服，去附近的牌坊街都很方便.最重要是有電動麻雀，一家人坐下就開枱😅，房東也很nice，有問必答👍

定位99棟，實際在82棟..距離說有多遠就有多遠..連超市老闆娘看我們帶孩子又背行李都覺辛苦..且 82棟打車是進不了，只能徒步。這個山上的社區太大了，司機說是郊區，剛好遇上潮洲淹大水，在這區完全打不到車！公交也停駛，帶孩子雨中等了一個鐘頭，才遇上輛的士載居民回家，攔車才能下山。房間應有盡有，沒有沐浴乳跟客服說馬上補來，雙人床是椰墊那種，翻個身，床架就發出聲嚮，睡不好。房裏有電動麻將，沒看過，很有趣。投屏儀原來被上房客弄歪，剛好先生是這行的專業，有幫忙校正。區裡有市場，買了海鮮回房料理，廚房可用但無調味料需自備，讓外出的旅人能下廚很方便。

適合自駕和拖家帶口的家庭，房東很熱心，溝通很順暢，自駕的話去古城十幾分鍾時間。房間基礎設施齊全，有提供一次性浴巾，缺點是床比較硬，翻身的話會咯吱咯吱響，性價比很高，會推薦給朋友

衞生不錯，總體小區也比較安靜，門口就是菜市場，便利店都很方便。浴巾是一次性的，很好。不滿意的是床墊和枕頭，真的很不好睡，特別是床墊，太硬了，睡的我腰痛。

過來出差的，房型非常大，家電什麼都有，很適合差旅和旅遊，而且價格非常實惠，就在韓師附近，離古城也不遠，房東也很熱情和耐心，而且主要我有點潔癖，浴室他們還準備了一次性毛巾，這點非常好評

住宿總體條件很滿意，特別是陽台。像跟閨蜜出行訂這種格局的住宿，有三房彼此分開住也有一定的私人空間。服務態度也不錯，強烈推薦。這次去潮州旅遊除了住宿沒有踩雷，其他全踩雷了。
