I booked a room for one night for my cycling road trip. The room looked slightly older than in the photos. Considering the price, it was very nice and spacious. However, the shower was very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't explore the area, but it looked nice.

The hostess and the owner were very nice. If you have any questions or need anything, just tell the hostess... 👌🏻. If I want to use WIFI, the password will be provided immediately. The lady boss was quite welcoming, but there were no toothbrushes, no towels, no TV, no WiFi, and the toilet was dripping in the middle of the night, which was very noisy. The soundproofing was very poor, and I basically didn't sleep the whole night! The bed is ok, just the right softness and firmness!

It's really too shabby, the shoes are stinky, there's no place to turn around in the bathroom, no place to hang clothes or put shower gel, half of the windows are missing the anti-theft net, what should I do if someone climbs up on the second floor in the middle of the night? The sheets were black and smelled, and there was a crack in the door. The only advantage is that it takes more than half an hour to walk to the archway.

I came to Chaozhou from Guangzhou for an exam, and I booked this accommodation because it was close and cost-effective. Then the aunt contacted me to change to a better room (with elevator, air conditioning and clean environment). The aunt was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process, which is in line with the hospitality of Chaoshan. I will stay here again next time I come to Chaozhou.
