湯屋離停車位不遠，房間很大，空調效果很好升温快，就是噪音有點大，是不是主機裝的位置不好。房間陽台上就是湯池，非常方便，建議和隔壁之間的竹簾改進一下，還是隱約能看到的，有點尷尬，服務員態度熱情，教我們怎麼放水。對面就是公共湯池，不同的有幾十個吧，住湯屋可以免費去。晚上去巢湖耳街吃小吃，開車十幾分鍾很方便。

很少這麼生氣，這個週末住的這家酒店温泉別墅，兩晚共計3000塊錢，這個價位應該算是比較高的價位了，但是服務設施衞生一個都跟不上。具體也和前天反應了，1）床品有污漬 2）服務混亂：入住兩天，第一天就有三個電話催促退房，完全不知道我訂了兩天，並斷網催促3）房屋設施老舊，熱水水壓不足，熱水需要放很久，冰箱不製冷，窗簾破舊 4）房間窗户打掃後不關，蚊子很多影響休息，酒店沒有電蚊香和驅蚊水解決辦法的提供。尤其蚊子多，一晚上打蚊子都睡不着，酒店除了説不好意思也沒有任何補救。（唯一打了個電話還是問我酒店消費可樂了

過來體驗的 本來想多住兩晚待個幾天的 結果體驗太差 必須給個差評；首先前台在一個別的地方 我們拿着行李箱找了半天 前台服務態度還可以；其次管家也沒有 好像是個度假村 我們都不知道玩啥 因為別墅有點距離 我們就一直趟房間 走的時候才知道其他地方有一些項目 比如射箭啥的 都沒人跟我們説；然後房間感覺是個老酒店 裏面一堆明碼標價的東西 除了兩瓶水免費 其他全收費佔用很多地方；最後位置偏僻 幾乎叫不到外賣。

這酒店電話很難接通，好不容易接通讓幫我提前開下房間空調挺好。現場前台辦手續態度一般，晚上去房間大門口等車10分鐘，問下前台不耐煩説你在門口等着車回來就來了。進去房間洗手枱就一根頭髮，衞生堪憂，院子裏泡温泉前台辦手續是説開始放水，到地方一看温泉水就放了到膝蓋高度，以後不會再去了。酒店泡茶盤上放兩包茶葉，就把壺洗了泡茶，第二天兩包茶葉收費，自己沒看清後面一堆收費東西哪裡有個牌子忍了。
