Hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf. Petit déjeuner correct et bon restaurant.

Very pleasant surroundings by the river. Our room was nice and clean with a good view. The hotel was practically empty but that didn’t bother us. It was quiet. The pool was indoors but clean. Dinner and breakfast were very enjoyable. All in all quirky but pleasant.

Shocking experience. We booked a quick one-night stay primarily for the pool, which Logis stated was open. It was closed - in April. No word of apology. The hotel was tired and dirty. Men were wandering round the corridors - off-season workers, asylum seekers, unsure. My wife found the place very threatening, being stared at. Worse still, in one of the salons a group of men was smoking ******** - breaking two laws! We stayed in the room and picked up takeaway from the town. We wrote to the hotel - no reply. We wrote to Logis ["Welcome to our big happy family"] and they washed their hands of it. Disgraceful for a hotel in a family-friendly area. We shall think twice about booking a Logis again.

It is sometimes good to remind managers that customers are not just "Cash Drawers"... The business sense, kindness and friendliness of the managers are clearly optional services in this establishment... Especially for a dilapidated room, poorly soundproofed, without air conditioning, with a view of a "small lake"?... (But especially with a view of a large parking lot and lots of noise!) for €95! and for a breakfast that stops dead at 10:00 sharp!! Cleared away in record time! No way to help yourself to anything, when you arrived at 9:30 and were still at the table! ... As for the food, in terms of price and quantity, plan on a big wallet and a little hunger... (We are still looking for the garnishes that were supposed to be served with the dishes..?..)

It was extraordinarily quiet and perfect for a night in transit. The best parking facilities and a lake complete the location. Attentive staff and an indoor pool, as well as a sauna for a fee, make it ideal for short stays.

A hotel that cancels a reservation is not a good hotel. However, the lodgings are normally a good address. Paid in advance, not refunded since the cancellation, that is to say 1 month. Mediocre friendliness. Go your own way........

What a disappointment when we arrived!!! When we made our telephone reservation we were misled by the arguments put forward to encourage us to book via the hotel and not with a promotion on the website, for a room with a lake view and not parking + balcony/terrace. On arrival, we had a view of a small dried-up lake (obviously not specified on the phone) and parking!!! When we discussed this problem at reception, the solution offered did not satisfy us and so we decided to give up our week-long stay... and there we came across the antithesis of customer service!!!! A person who seemed to be part of the management wanted to charge us for a night not made since we had left thanks to the imprint of our bank card taken when we made the reservation. This person was really provocative, disrespectful, sneaky, mocking, disdainful!!!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The intervention of what we thought was the manager calmed the situation and guaranteed us no charges! A SCANDAL! RUN AWAY! NEVER AGAIN 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

A part le cadre rien de bien positif !!!! Les chambres peuvent aller mais bruyantes, la salle de bain trés excigue, personnel insignifiant voir antipathique mais le pire est la restauration vraiment très décevante pour un prix assez élevé . A eviter !

23eme séjour au Moulin Neuf. Situation au calme face au lac. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nourriture excellente. Chambres vue lac avec balcon à conseiller. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Patrons au petit soin. Magnifique terrasse avec vue imprenable

Samen met andere collega's zijn we 2 dagen in dit hotel geweest. De ligging is fantastisch! Maar, helaas kun je merken dat investeren en renoveren 2 woorden zijn waar men hier niet van wilt weten. In de douchecabines op de kamers is een soort rekje op de vloer geplaatst. Dit is een heerlijk broedplaats voor zwarte schimmel geworden. Dit ruik je gelijk bij binnenkomst en heeft natuurlijk de nodige risico's. De bedden zijn bijzonder teleurstellend en liggen voor geen meter. De gastvrouw heeft last van de luchtwegen (misschien door de schimmels in het pand) en vind het te veel moeite om de hand voor haar mond te doen als ze moet hoesten. Dit is niet hygiënisch als je bezig bent met het ontbijtbuffet. Sprekende over het buffet viel het mij op dat het bijzonder karig is en totaal niet in verhouding is met geschreven recensies. Vol genot heb ik gekeken hoe een andere gast vroeg of er nog stokbrood was en vervolgens werd er op een mand koekjes gewezen. Pak die maar. Mocht je willen investeren in een TOP locatie dat wat liefde en aandacht kan gebruiken. DOEN!

Hôtel restaurant convivial avec du personnel a l'écoute et souriant , restauration excellent présentée avec goût les chambres sont très propres le petit déjeûner simple mais suffisant je conseille cet établissement autant touristiquement que professionnellement

un peu à l'écart de tout. Quand il faut bon, l'environnement est idéal près d'un lac. Il y a une piscine couverte dans l'hôtel. Les chambres sont classique mais bien et propres. Pour le restaurant, le personnel à l'air débordé et pas très sympathique (nous étions un groupe de 80 pers)

Venus pour définir un menu pour un repas de famille début 2024, le rendez-vous était prévu et confirmée par courriel. A l'arrivé il nous est annoncé pas possible nous sommes fermés. Je n'ai jamais vu cela dans ma carrière professionnelle. Accepter un repas de 45 personnes il y a plusieurs mois et au moment de faire le menu une telle réponse c’est honteux, c’est se moquer des gens. La personne a tentée de nous faire croire que cela était envisageable, seulement il n’est pas possible de faire des changements au menu qui est tout de même élevé en prix pour ce qui est proposé.
