Accueil incroyable, une équipe attentive et réactive dans les moindres détails ! Merci pour les petites attentions et le parapluie offert à mon départ ! Emplacement extraordinaire à proximité du Château de mon enfance! La propreté est irréprochable et le calme parfait pour dormir (étant hypersensible c'est souvent compliqué pour moi)... Bonjour, Mon mari a voulu me faire la surprise de m'emmener au Bar de l'Auberge du Jeu de Paume à Chantilly le soir de la St Valentin, car il sait que j'aime beaucoup cet endroit et que nous y allons de temps en temps. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h10, avant de nous installer nous avons demandé s'il était possible de prendre un verre avec une planche, le serveur nous a proposé de nous installer et qu'il allait venir nous voir. Ne voyant toujours personne venir, je me suis levée pour passer commande au bar, ce qui n'a rien changé car 15 minutes plus tard on venait nous voir afin de prendre la commande. Par ailleurs, nous avons été affreusement choqué car quatre personnes arrivés environ 20 minutes après nous, ont été servis relativement rapidement puisqu'ils ont commandé une bouteille de champagne, le service est fonction de la note ???? Clairement, s'il n'avait pas été aussi tard, nous serions repartis !!!! arrivés à 20h10 et servis à 21h20 pour une planche et 2 verres de vin, c'est franchement très limite pour ce genre d'établissement, surtout le soir de la St Valentin. Très déçue pour ma St Valentin !!!

Very nice hotel with very nice property and views. Rooms are nice however, my TV and phone didn’t work. The air conditioning in the hotel is not great at all in fact terrible. If it’s hot outside, you will be sweating in your room. I had very little airflow in my room and had to open up the window Just to get some type of air in the room. Service at the restaurant is slow so be prepared to wait.

Un hôtel magnifique tout en raffinement. Un niveau de service que nous n'avions jamais connu. Pour une première dans un établissement 5 étoiles nous en avons eu plein les yeux... Et une délicate attention de la part du personnel du restaurant la table du connetable pour l anniversaire de mon conjoint en prime. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons c est certain !
