Avoid!!! Put it to the manager and possibly the little lunch: nothing is going well (and again the security guard who chases away flies while we eat with a catalog, original but disgusting!) Very noisy, not isolated at all, we looks like the bedroom window is open you can hear everything, dilapidated interior and exterior, the toilet only flushes water 😑 a TV but no remote control! I wouldn't give this campanile a star, we don't have the same notion of a star hotel! Unless you are insomniac and like noise and particular smells... I put 1 star everywhere for the manager and to validate my comment...

Il serait bon de vérifié vos informations puisqu'il est marquer sur tout les sites que vous avez un restaurant et finalement en arrivant on nous a dit le contraire.
Au moins 5 mm de jour entre la porte d'entrée et le mur. Pas de double vitrage donc assez bruyant.

L'accueil est bien, le petit déjeuner aussi est bien. Dans la chambre 08, la réglette de chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, on voit du jour autour de la porte d'entrée, au vu du bruit extérieur par les centres de lavage, les camions de livraison et la route pourtant assez loin, on entend tout ce qui nous réveille. En fait l'isolation phonique des fenêtres = 0. elles sont bonnes à remplacer.

This little hotel was a great surprise for a last minute stay. Was very clean and the bed I had was very good, room 15. The late night staff could have been a little nicer. Property description said they spoke English, that was not the case. Morning staff was little rude when I walked around the lobby, because my stay did not include the breakfast. However they did make up for it with an expression. Other than that I would recommend if you are staying in Chantilly.

Malgré une renovation esthetique l'hotel reste "ancien", chauffage bruyant, insonorisation des chambres à revoir (mon voisin s'est douché à 4h30...), enduit qui claque au plafond (suite à fuite je suppose).
