Séjour bien dans l’ensemble ! Point négatif pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et petit déjeuné un peu mouvementé quand il y a du monde. Le reste rien à dire le personnel est très sympa et bienveillant.

Not worth the money and don’t ask for a taxi.
Not recommending this hotel as service was disappointing and the room was ok - particularly considering the price / brand.
My main issue is that I asked the desk to call me a taxi for the airport but instead they booked me the hotel car. They never informed me of this and they never provided a rate (not even on my final bill) and only found out about this when they charged my credit card after I left. Had I known this was a hotel car / been a told of the rate at any point I would never have taken the car (it’s an appalling 195 euros for a 30 minute ride vs a taxi which is 70). When I finally got a hold of someone at the hotel and they explained the charge (3 days after check out), they acknowledged that this was their error but said since I took the car there was nothing they would do. Perhaps an ok respond or a 2-star hotel but pretty poor service for a ‘5*’.
Additionally the room stunk of cigarettes.

Nous avons passé le réveillon du Nouvel An à l’Auberge du Jeu de Paume avec ma compagne, et cette expérience a été absolument parfaite. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter pour quelques week-ends lorsque nous voudrons nous échapper de la capitale. Tout était irréprochable : la qualité exceptionnelle du personnel, le service attentionné et très commerçant dans les restaurants, au bar et pour le room service. Nous avons été particulièrement séduits par le soin apporté aux détails, notamment les senteurs présentes dans tout l’hôtel, qui ajoutent une touche unique et raffinée à l’atmosphère générale. Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel pour un service d’une telle qualité. Fêter le Nouvel An dans cet écrin a été une expérience géniale, avec une ambiance au bar chaleureuse et multi-générationnelle qui nous a conquis.
