Quería desconectar de la ciudad y pasar un tiempo relajado y consentido y eso fue, desde el primer segundo la calidad de los empleados hicieron que todos mi estrés saliera de mi cuerpo, el servicio de spa no tienen idea de cómo lo disfruté, la habitación de lo mas limpia y cómoda ( casi nunca puedo dormir cómodo en hoteles aquí fue una excepción dormir tan delicioso) sin duda una gran sorpresa en Chapala y la vista de mi habitación era hermosa.

El único inconveniente es el que no tienen seguridad en la noche, hubo huéspedes que hicieron fiesta en sus habitaciones y no hubo nadie de seguridad que les pusiera un límite. Esto es demasiado incómodo porque es un lugar para relajart, no para estar de fista

Los alimentos sin sabor, ya es la segunda vez que vamos y los cortes solo los acompañan de cebollas y el precio es alto para lo que se ofrece.. pueden mejorar, por todo lo demás súper la atención

Al llegar a la habitación nos percatamos que no fueron minuciosos con la limpieza previa; había pertenencias desechables de los anteriores huéspedes. No salió agua caliente la noche que nos quedamos. Los alimentos regulares y el servicio de restaurante muy lento. Fui acompañada de 5 personas y la atención demoró más de 50 minutos para traernos los platillos, y en diferentes momentos a todos en la mesa. En cuanto a los masajes, excelente servicio. Muy grandiosa la atención
