It was all great we just didn’t have no ice due to the ice machine was broken and had to keep buying cups of ice from the store, other than that the stay was amazing & love the workers.

There were no toiletries avaliable in the room. Hot water did not get fully hot The room furniture was outdated, sofa had a tear in it. Trash can outside of the elevator was overflowing with trash. Front desk was not consistently manned. Security gate was broken. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Sorely in need of a remodel with better staffing.

Disgusting!!! The floors, walls and doors were filthy with bugers, food, drink spills. The air conditioner was covered in black and fuzzy mold. The TV, shower and toilet seat were broken. The caulking was peeled off in the tub. Holes and cracks in the floor. The fire sprinkler was so rusted. The fold out couch was so dirty. The pools pump wasn't running and was full of leaves. The handicap chair for the pool was broken wirh sharp metal edges and exposed wires. It was an awful experience. Not to mention they said the manager doesn't work weekends or holidays, so we couldn't even negotiate anything.

There was a hole in the ceiling the sheets had make up And hair. The towels were dirty. The place was musty ,walls had touchups of paint and the carpets were extremely dirty. There was a hole on the ceiling with mold and mildew around it. The nightlight by the bed was broken in half.

Horrible Terrible i had no TV the first night. It was mold in the bathroon hair on the floor. I feel like i deserve some kind of credit or refund for the inconvenience. Two outta the four staff menbers was helpful the other 2 was horrible.

Terrible stay The room door couldn’t open all the way because of the foundation. Towels were old and stained. The shower heads didn’t work, barely any water came out. The power went out so the doors to get in and out didn’t work the whole weekend. The elevator didn’t work.

DISGUSTING!!!! They couldnt find our reservation and told us they were all sold out, then somehow found it. When we entered the room there was a nice size blood stain on the carpet as soon as you walk in. Blood on the comforter and wall. Looked like some type wing sauce on the ice bucket. We had 4 people in our room but could only get 2 sets of towels and if we needed extra we had to exchange the used ones, which meant going back and forth. The lady running the desk was super rude anout the towels and even handed me a dirty wash cloth with make up still on it. Hair was found in the bed and all over the bathroom. It's clear they onlygo in and male the beds after guest leave.
