The service is good. I asked if I would like to help us with our luggage or send me to the airport. A welcome drink is also provided. It does feel like a high-end hotel. In addition, they can do valet parking, just park the car next to the hotel and find their staff.

Hotel very close to the port. The room has everything you may need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, although that is for everyone. In short, everything was great except that the day we wanted to park the car the parking lot was full.

Located on the seashore of the old port of Chania, you can see the lighthouse and the octopus 淸真寺 in the sea view room. The hotel is beautifully decorated, service is warm, breakfast is delicious, the best hotel for this trip! recommend! The only downside is that it is not easy to find, there is no parking space.

In the off-season, there are almost no shops around Sunday, but the city center can be more lively in half an hour. The air conditioning in the room is not heating, the balcony is large, and there are not many types of breakfast.

The room is quite big and very clean. The service staff is very enthusiastic. We are very grateful for the help. There are delicious bakeries around for breakfast, and there are also restaurants with high cost performance.

Wonderful stay, sadly, they put us in the only room with a view! (Room V (5) Should have been advised of this, with a discount offered!) Nonetheless, the staff was wonderful as well as the location. Be advised....a taxi cannot drop/pick you up ... so be prepared to walk with luggage about 300 meters. Also, as this is a historic structure....there is no elevator. Exceptional breakfast is offered in a very scenic view of the old Harbour.

Great Room, Deluxe room feels spacious and staff is always helpful

The room was perfect, everything about the place the location the views the stay the cleanliness of the room was perfect. I’m not from Greece but this is the only place I’ll book when I’m in town. The owner and his brother are super friendly and the make you feel right at home.
