Amazing Stay Superb Staff
We had an amazing stay rooms are nice and location is spot on but the best was the staff and service they went over and beyond our expectations to accommodate requests amazing job we sincerely thank them

Great old town location. Fixtures were top quality with an extremely comfortable bed and fantastic shower. We chose these rooms because of the terrace on the roof and were so disappointed to discover it was closed for no obvious reason, The weather was fine, never saw a member of staff to ask why. The lack of drinking glasses was out of character with the rest of the experience. Wine out of disposable plastic cups not great. Rooms small, but this was expected. Could easily be great so very sad to leave disappointed.

We had a very nice experience. The room was very clean and the staff were really kind and helpful. The location is also convenient, near a lot of restaurants and shops.

Very defensive and didn’t handle issues appropriately or in a manner to cater to paying customers concerns. Not polite and quite rude. Would not stay here again. Cleanliness was great once brought up and then it faded off as the days wore on.

Such a pretty room and cute balcony! The absolute best and nicest receptionist and cleaner I have ever met at a hotel! It was totally quiet between the rooms, modern and pretty, close to everything, and felt very safe. Practical check-in/-out. Cute roof terrace too! Cleaning was SO good and it was always sooo clean. Will definitely recommend, and stay here again!!

Absolutley amazing location and apartment. Really clean, walkable distance from all major tourist spots. Friendly housekeeper, defintely recommend staying here.
