Booked here as a birthday trip for my husband. The hotel design is amazing, very modern and quirky. It was built to capture the best view of Chania Town. The rooms are an adequate size for your needs and the beds are comfortable. Tea, coffee, water and fruit are provided along with shower gel. The shower is a bit small but again the owner has made the most of the hotel shape so you expect that there has to be some compromise to accommodate everything. The views are amazing..... Anna and does everything in this small hotel, nothing is too much for her, she is receptionist, cook, cleane. If you are wanting high class hotel then this is not for you... however if you are wanting quirky architecture, fabulous views with good accommodation with breakfast thrown away from the hustle and bustle, then you will love it

Posto incantevole, completamente ristrutturato ,dal terrazzo della camera c’è una vista sulla città da mozzare il fiato ! Eccellente la pulizia e la cordialità della signora Anna che parla perfettamente l’italiano ed è sempre gentile e disponibile . Da tornarci sicuramente, è stata una settimana fantastica ❤️

I had a wonderful time staying at the Loucerna Suites in Chania, and it contributed to an amazing visit. The staff was very sweet, kind, and hospitable, and always ensured the room I stayed in was clean and well looked after. The room I stayed in provided an incredible panoramic view of Chania, and I would look out onto it and feel blessed to be there. The bed was very comfy and the A/C unit very welcome. I am saddened to leave and end my stay as I had such a good time staying there. I hope to return one day and Loucerna Suites would be the only hotel I would consider staying at.

Very pleasant and helpful. This property has a spectacular view looking west across the Chania coast line. Stratos was very helpful and had recommendations for restaurants in the area. Value property!

Per noi era una sorpresa. Posto completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato con una vista mozzafiato. Un panorama unico nella città di Chania, dove non vuoi proprio spostarti ma stare la e godere la vista. Per noi erano le vacanze più tranquille degli ultimi 10 anni, da dove con la macchina affittata, potevamo partire per ogni posto di Creta e tornarci la sera a godere sta vista.

Ενας μαγευτικος χωρος, διαφορετικος, με απιστευρη θεα. Το πιο ομορφο απο ολα ομως ειναι οι ανθρωποι που το στελεχωνουν. Ευγενεις, εξυπηρετικοι, παντα προθυμοι να εξυπηρετησουν. Απιθανη η κρητικη κουζινα και διατροφη. Καθαριοτητα, νοστιμια, φιλοξενια. Με μια λεξη ο υστατος επαγγελματισμος. Θελω να ευχαριστησω ιδιαιτερως ολους τους ανθρωπους που εργαζονται και πανω απο ολους τον υπεροχο Μανωλη Γεωργιου οπου αφου τον γνωρισα η πολυετη του πειρα στον ξενοδοχειακο τομεα και η εξειδικευση του στην εστιαση σε συνδιασμο με την εμπεριστατωμενη του μορφωση οδηγησαν στην δημιουργια μιας απιστευτα οργανωνενης ομαδας! Σας ευχαριστω απο καρδιας και συντομα θα ειμαι και παλι μαζι σας!!!
