Located in city centre, opposite to the old market which is now still under reconstruction. Walking distance to the old town and the Venetian harbour. Warm and helping hotel people.

The hotel deserves its four-star rating. The lobby and the restaurant on the second floor are both beautiful and elegantly decorated. The room was also nice. 22 square meters is basically consistent. The beds and quilts are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and the service is excellent. Black tea comes with a tea bowl and boiling water per person, and a set of cups. Tea is served to everyone, and coffee is also served to the table. The dining table is made of two layers of tablecloth, bleached and ironed to a crisp. This kind of service should be reserved for five-star hotels, but Cocaton Hotel can also provide you with this service, which is amazing. Luggage storage after early arrival and check-out was also attentive. The front desk service is very attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently answers questions. The location is very good, facing the gate of an ancient building in Chania. (The building is being re-roofed and may become a tourist product center.) It is only 2 to 300 meters away from the old town, which is very convenient. Stayed for two days, value for money. The only thing worthy of improvement is that the tissue paper is placed under the washbasin and cannot be found without looking carefully. Very satisfied. Although it is not a new hotel, it is clean. The location is very good. There is a paid parking lot opposite, but we can park on the roadside. The room size is also OK, and the hotel staff are very patient and enthusiastic. The hotel sent cakes and dry white wine in the room, and there are other free drinks available in the restaurant. The breakfast is also very good. The room price is reasonable and cost-effective.

Hotel very close to the port. The room has everything you may need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, although that is for everyone. In short, everything was great except that the day we wanted to park the car the parking lot was full.

Situated in the heart of Chania, it is a short walk to the beautiful harbour, first class restaurants and quality shopping with some of the lowest prices we had seen in Europe. Chania is charming, clean, free of serious crime, with friendly and helpful locals.

The hotel is in the middle of the Chania with really polite and helpful staff. The room was very clean and everything was functioning well. Absolutely, value for money!

For the third time in Keydon! We now why..... Keydon is really verry verry good.......We feel home in this hotel. This time we booked a n executive suite old town view, SUPER !! Entrance space, separate sitting room with soa/bed, complete business desk and 48" tv , a master bedroom with exellent bed an also a sofa. smart 70" tv etc... on the floor wood parket. Further 2 private balconys one town view the other on side street. The first time we came we booked a superior toom od town view, second time the junior suite old town view. Both were exellent!

Being there for the 8th time speaks for itself. We just love the hotel and lost our heart at Chania. Super location, near the old town and harbour, near the busstation to go to the beaches...................SUPER
