Ciel Collection Suites

The hotel was in a good location with street parking outside, but it was unclear whether it was just for residents. The self-check-in was easy and convenient, but the hallway was very fragrant. I appreciated the comfy bed and good wi-fi. However, the room designs were clearly more for aesthetics than function. Room Cyan The door was heavy, making it difficult to open. The bathroom/water closet was tiny and had a large window awkwardly showing the toilet from the bed if the blinds were open. The faucet shot water over the sink into the floor. The shower didn't drain, so the floor flooded with water, but an employee did come quickly to fix it. The trash can had a lid that required you to touch it in order to dispose of toilet paper, so it was unsanitary. The fridge overheated in the cabinet. I hit my head on the poorly located hanging lamps. There was a stool, but no chairs with backs. Room Aquamarine The room key card didn't work despite multiple attempts and there was no employee on site, so we had to call to retrieve a physical key. Then the terrace door wouldn't open, but an employee did come quickly to fix it. The shower door didn't close fully, which caused water to leak into the floor. The bathrobes were stored in the closet, so I didn't discover them until after I showered.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay . The manager was amazing and gave us a lot of local places to try. We enjoyed staying here.

Property was clean. Johanna was on-site and able to give us great recommendations. Beds were comfortable. Walkable distance to Chania Old town. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had such an amazing time. Almost a therapy by the sea. Eveything is clean ans smell so good in the hotel. The emplacement is just perfect aswell not too much in the busy part but not to far everything is walkable easiky we didnt had to move the car over there. We had a warm welcoming by the staff and same when leaving with few recommandations that we really appreciated. If we ever come back tk crete we will rent the same room with balcony for sure. Already miss my room over there 😅
