It was comfortable to go all-inclusive, but I was very bored with the same food. I didn't see a single common shrimp. There were a variety of fruits.
Still, I went to play in the water and took a tour through the travel agency in the hotel.
The time went by well and it was great~!
The room was cleaned well and the staff were all friendly during meals!
I used a taxi recommended by the hotel.
It was 45 euros from the airport to the hotel!

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic! Our families had a great experience with lots to do and the views were incredible! Rooms were spacious and very clean. They are able to shuttle you to the airport (for a fee) but made it so easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Our experience started with the reservations manager, Pelagia, who gave us unending assistance many months before we checked in at the resort. We were there for our son’s wedding and they arrived to find their suite decorated so beautifully to celebrate their upcoming nuptials! All of us were welcomed with a cheese and fruit platter and a bottle of wine in each of our rooms. Every staff member we encountered was most helpful and courteous. The inclusive food and beverage choices were most impressive! Each day was a scrumptious surprise! Thank you Pelagia, assistant manager George, George up in the new dining room, and all the staff at Kiani Beach Resort! We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our stay! We look forward to seeing you again!

Fabulous week. The food was great, grilled pork gyros was amazing!! The upgraded drinks were worth it, I lived on Mai Tais all week. Shoutout to the bartender Dimitiri. Special mention to the animation team, led by Gemma. Wow their vibes were awesome. The highlight of our week stay was ABBA tribute band. The girls had an energy I will not forget and I wish I could have seen it again. Will return to this hotel for sure.

Wir waren jetzt das sechste Mal im Kiani Beach und haben bereits für 2025 gebucht. Sowohl die älteren Zimmer als auch die neuen Zimmer, die oftmals über einen privaten Pool verfügen, sind ansprechend ausgestattet, sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Essen in den mittlerweile drei Buffet-Restaurants ist immer frisch und schmeckt sehr gut (positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass das benutzte Geschirr sehr schnell vom Tisch entfernt wurde). Das Essen und Ambiente der Rooftop-Bar ist immer wieder eine Buchung wert! Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an die Rezeption wenden, vor allem Elena, Ewangelina und Elektra waren immer äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben All Inclusive plus dazu gebucht, sodass wir die vielen Vorteile nutzen konnten, wie z.B. einen Rabatt von 30% auf Spa-Anwendungen (sehr entspannende Massagen!) oder eine Vielzahl von kostenlosen Cocktails. An der Poolbar wurden wir hervorragend von der netten kurzhaarigen Dame beraten und bedient. Die Manager (vor allem Theodor) sowie sämtliche Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der neue Padeltennisplatz, auf dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben.

Myself and 4 friends have returned from a 3 night stay at the resort. This was a little break to celebrate our 20+ year friendship and we had a wonderful time. Our group had varying dietary requirements and the 3 buffet restaurants offered some delicious and healthy options. Our favourite was the restaurant in the new wing where our vegan friend was made a cheese-feee pizza by chef Raj, a spicer omelette was made for a friend who likes a bit more heat, other options and allergens were explained to us also. We were all in Maisonette Loft Open Plan rooms which were incredibly spacious. This was a two level room, with beds and bathrooms on each floor. If that wasn’t enough we had a sea facing balcony, and an outside space with a jacuzzi and seating. The rooms had sufficient storage and bathrooms were clean. Due to the size, layout and possibly the time of year we visited (early October), the hotel never felt overcrowded. We have to mention the excellent staff who provided a 5-Star service: Raj (Chef), Gemma (entertainment), Dimitris (bar), Bijal (bar) and Bal Krishna (bar and restaurant). Thank you so much for making this a truly memorable trip and looking after us all.
