Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Good holiday and great beach front, however definitely not a 5 star. Food was OK and there was always fresh food being replenished throughout meal times. The new wing is more modern and has better air con in the resturant. Cocktails/alcoholic drink options on basic AI are poor and you have to upgrade to AI plus or pay for the better options. Great variety of snacks/ice cream/local soft drinks & coffee available. Great for kids… kids club, mini disco, kids pools, games room etc. The rooms are a little dated and pool areas need some attention such as power washing outdoor shower areas/around the drainage areas in the pools as they were full of mildew/discolouration, rusty railings around children’s pool and sun loungers looking tired. In the room the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom, poor lighting in shower area, TVs not programmed so not showing any channels. Just little touches that you would expect to be better in a 5 star. Overall as a last minute week away it was fine but not the standard we are used to in a 5 star.

Our family of four had a brilliant two week holiday at Kiani. It’s absolutely perfect for families: multiple swimming pools, entertainment (especially the acrobat show!), kids activities/ club, playgrounds, bedrooms with proper extra beds and space, afternoon pancakes, giant Pokémon! One of the things we were most impressed with was the family friendly design of the resort and rooms. For example, the swimming pools all had a large level shallow section and lifeguards. Also, the beach bar was positioned close to a playground so you could position yourself with a tasty cocktail whilst watching your kids play or join the kids disco nearby. Food- exceeded expectations, we were very happy with it. Mainly a buffet, but with delicious options like grilled prawns, fish stews, kebabs and salads daily. Also safe plain options for kids who are picky eaters like spaghetti Bolognese. Desert buffet was fab! Freshly cut fruit available at all meals was a real treat. Premium AI upgrade well worth it. Cocktails with this were fab (Mai Thai and Bramble my favs) and the included Rose and White very drinkable. Rooms: we had a superior family maisonette in the middle block of the hotel by the large pool. Two bathrooms and an upper split level with two proper single beds for the kids. Loads of storage space. You don’t get the sea views from this part of the hotel, but I think it was quieter and was a lovely modern room. Perfect for us. New pool villas and block looked pretty special. We also enjoyed the restaurant in this part of the hotel for its views. Service/ staff: everyone works so hard here and with a smile. Thank you! Spa: was excellent and great value with the included 30% off you get with Premium AI. Thanks Dimitra for an excellent facial and massage. Tips: *Coffee - barista made available from the bars after 10am with premium *Car rental- rent for a day from the hotel, worth it for exploring *Beach- better than it looks on the website. Gets sandier and more turquoise if you walk 5 minutes towards the small bridge and stream to the right. There’s a thermocline - pretty cool to experience. The sea was generally beautifully warm, calm and great for kids. *Baklava - dream desert *Acrobat and Magic shows are must see * If you like rum, try their Mai Thais! We spent most of the days exploring the area, thank you June for organising the taxi and giving us ideas that are kid friendly . We got breakfast sandwiches and cakes from the restaurant after booking at the reception with Zoe. We mostly came back tired and there was buffet which was great and the kids went straight to the club to sing and dance and they would straight up go to sleep. Great holiday If you ask me

Michaill who makes the crepes at the beach bar is very friendly and his crepes are delicious! What a lovely sweet treat! One of the many special things about this place. The reception staff were also very kind and attentive. Special shout out to Evangelia and Zoe on the reception team who went above and beyond to help us and were very professional 6et friendly throughout.
