3-night stay in Chania Old Town
A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

Charming hotel right in the heart of old town
Our stay was awesome. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was amazing - very large with high ceilings. Breakfast was so delicious. We spent time in courtyard drinking wine. Loved the location in the old town. It was very quiet at night but only minutes from the harbor area. Very beautiful renovation.

A great hotel in the middle of the old city
The hotel was in a great location: in the old city of Chania on a quiet street two blocks from the harbor. We ate dinner at three great small restaurants close to the hotel but away from the touristy restaurants directly at the harbor. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the public parking lot at the harbor. We thought it was fine but I can see other people not being happy not to be able to drive up to the hotel. The staff at the hotel asked if we wanted help getting our bags to our room but we were ok doing this ourselves.
The room itself was fabulous: big and comfortable. The location was also fabulous.

I travel regularly for work so when I take vacations, I'm selective about where I stay. The Serenissimia Boutique Hotel is a beautiful residence with an excellent location - calm and quiet but only a short walk along the winding streets to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and well appointed, the bed exceptionally comfortable and amenities just right. The highlight though, is breakfast - a wonderful selection of local delicacies, served with a smile in the courtyard. Our stay was everything we wanted and a little bit more.

Located in Chania Old Town on a quiet non-vehicle street. There are only seven rooms. Ours was spacious and well-appointed. Staff friendly and efficient. Great breakfast served every morning. Just a very short walk from the waterfront. A very good restaurant - Tam Tam, is right around the corner. If you're in Chania, stay here.
