Perfect location to get to everywhere in Chania and the most amazing hosts! Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave us recommendations on how to get around the area and always made sure everything was spotless for us. And their cat Voula is beautiful with a big personality and happily relaxes on the lovely rooftop. It is a surprisingly quiet stay, even though we are in the old town the street is very calm even. Thank you for such a great stay!

Siamo stati una settimana in questo bellissimo albergo dal fascino antico. Tenuto come un piccolo gioiello , estremamente pulito. Nel cuore di Hania circondato da tanti ristoranti, negozi etc. L'host è stata molto accogliente, frigo bar con frutta,bevande a nostra disposizione. Ogni giorno un piccolo dolcetto. Consiglio di risiedere Palazzo di Pietro a tutti coloro che si recano a Hania.

The proprietor was fake nice till i checked out 6 days early because of the noise factor. Very noisy since the building is old. The pretty wood ceilings are somebody else's floor. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors all night. The internet barely works and there was no hot water. I found another accomodation with the ELIA hotel group that has properties all over the old town, waay more quiet in old renovated buildings. Elaphantitus, the owner told Hotel.coms she offered me another room, which would not make a difference, but it was not true. No refund, lost lots of money, but peace was more important. After i left a review her discrimination and racial profiling came into play when she said she looked at me and knew she would have trouble, even though i am the quiet polite one. If you value quiet at night.... go elsewhere. I had no problems elsewhere. NON REFUNDABLE, choose wisely

I truly enjoyed my stay, Eleutheria and her team were very kind and helpful during my stay here. The room was lovely and it was very convenient to get around. Also Voula was such a cute cat!

Je voyageais dans cet hôtel et j’ai été parfaitement rassurée et accueillie par les deux femmes qui tiennent les lieux. Énormément de gentillesse et la chambre grande et idéale. Situation exceptionnelle en plein cœur de l’ancienne ville

The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. But not a deal breaker for the comfort, location, amenities and great welcoming staff. Very good value and would stay there again.

Amazing host and staff. They were all very helpfull and nice. Location is in the middle of old town, about 2 blocks ftom the ocean. Room was clean, large and had many extra perks. Would stay here again, when we go back there.
